By signing this agreement, you, the vendor, are bound to all Oliver’s Market rules.

The steps needed to host a booth are to sign vendor agreement, purchase a booth ticket, and fill a business proposal form.

The fee to participate in hosting a booth is $35.

Please understand all non-alcoholic drinks and food booths are reserved for Oliver’s Market Co tables.

If you are hosting a booth for Oliver’s Market (this includes drinks, bake, and merch stand) there is no fee. Thank you for volunteering your time! All profits from these booths support our upcoming Living Love Collective school year.

Set up starts at 9 a.m. on April 25th, 2026. Tear down is at 1 p.m. The market hours are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Please do not create products or decorate booths using copyrighted material, i.e., ideas from movies, games, or others.

Each vendor agrees to sell products that do not contradict our Christ Christ-centered values and beliefs.

All fees are final. Refunds will not be issued if the party does not attend or does not fill out the appropriate forms such as vendor contract and business proposal (see more info below).

Please plan to bring cash to make changes for cash-paying customers. Also, ensure you have an electronic payment system displayed on your table, such as Venmo, Paypal, Stripe, Square, etc. QR codes are encouraged for easier transactions.

Each vendor must provide one 4ft table per booth and any other items needed such as chairs, decorations, and displays.

There will be no seating chart arrangement. All 4ft spaces will be first come first served.

Business Proposal Form: After signing this vendor agreement, purchasing a ticket, please fill out the required Business Proposal (found on our event registration website). This form will be reviewed and approved by Oliver’s Market prior to the event. The Business Proposal deadline is April 22nd, 2026. Without a proposal, the vendor cannot participate in the market.

All Living Love Collective members (school members only) who complete the Student Business Proposal will be automatically entered into a $100 raffle.
15. Photography & Video Release
I do hereby give Live Love Collective and Oliver’s Market Co. and their filmmakers the right to film video and record audio of me in connection with a video project title above Project: Oliver's Market Co. Craft Fair.
I hereby grant the Filmmakers the right to use, edit, display, and distribute the footage as edited and incorporated into the Project throughout the world, in all forms of media in perpetuity for any lawful purpose. I also affirm that I will have no right to inspect or approve any versions of the Project, including the final version of the Project, and I also affirm that the filmmakers are under no obligation to actually include footage of me in the final version of the Project.
I hereby release the Filmmakers and all other persons/entities involved in the production from any and all claims and causes of action for any violation of any personal and proprietary right I may have in connection with the Project, including, without limitation, any claims or causes of action with respect to invasion of privacy, trespass, right to publicity, and defamation.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Filmmakers from any claim arising from any events that may occur or circumstances that arise in the making of the Project, audio or video recordings, or photographs.
I, the undersigned, am at least 18 years of age or I am the parent or guardian of a student who is less than 18 years of age. I have read this Audio or Video Recordings and Photograph Authorization, Release, and Indemnification and understand all its terms. I acknowledge that I agree to the foregoing without a receipt, demand, expectation, or legal right to any compensation.
