MORE INFORMATION

LLC POTLUCK FRIENDSGIVING

FOOD

This is a potluck-style event.  We calculate the number of guests to the number of sign-ups needed and have planned according to a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

We ask that each family please sign up at the end of this email and bring TWO dishes that serve up to 10 people, OR you can bring one main dish like a Turkey/Ham.

Don’t forget to bring empty food containers to take leftovers home!

If you are wondering what to bring, here are some food suggestions: Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Cranberry Sauce, Macaroni and Cheese, Turkey, Spiral Ham, Cornbread, Brussel Sprouts, Carrots, Salad, Mashed Potato, and Fruit and Veggie Tray.

GUESTS

If you have shared this event link with a friend or extended family member, please make sure we count their RSVP.

We kindly ask your guest(s) to also bring a dish or add servings to your dish.  We want to make sure we have enough food, tables, and chairs for all of our guests.  This event does not have an end time. Please feel free to stay and linger.

VOLUNTEER

We also please ask families to volunteer for at least one role, like s'mores supplies, drinks, set up, and break down. We cannot do this without you, and appreciate all of the help!

PARKING

Please park outside of the gate along the road. If that area becomes full, you may park inside the grass entrance on the left side of the driveway.  Do not park past the house or drive anywhere past the house.
